BOSU/PULSE®
BOSU
Bring your water bottle! This class uses the BOSU balance trainer to challenge balance, coordination, strength and endurance. This class will start out similar to a traditional step class using the BOSU as the step. You will go through interval training, weight training, plyometric work, balance training and, of course, cardio training. Class size is limited so sign up ahead to reserve space. Wear tennis shoes. Please advise us on any and all previous injuries, as this class is not suitable for everyone. Please take note that this is a very physically strenuous class & NOT FOR BEGINNERS.
PULSE® barre
PULSE® class is a low impact, intense, and prove
cardiovascular program of isometric exercises and stretches. This class tones your glutes, abs, thighs and arms, strengthens your legs and back,
and improves posture! The interval training sets use your own body weight or light weights for resistance and through dynamic exercises the muscles are overloaded to fatigue then stretched for relief.
PULSE+® barre
This class is taking our PULSE to the next level. We are incorporating more dynamic props and more challenging moves. In-between our PULSE sets we are adding low impact heart pumping cardio intervals to rev up the calorie burning. Since this is a more challenging class, PULSE experience is required before entering PULSE +.
