We offer a range of services from pilates mat and yoga classes, to reformer and cadillac tower classes. We are the only studio in the city to offer exclusive Gyrotonic training! Other popular classes include cardio BOSU, PULSE, Zumba and meditation. Our certified and specialty trained instructors are the best in the city!
