Yoga is an integral part of well being and an amazing complement to Pilates. Developed in India in ancient times, yoga is a practice which, similar to pilates, teaches control of the body and mind through physical exercises. Yoga’s focus is on stretching, breathing and relaxing and on the other hand pilates main goal is to realign the body through work done on the muscles. As a consequence, yoga is an ideal partner to prepare or relax the body for pilates.
hatha yoga
"Hatha Yoga" is the set of physical exercise that make up yoga without the meditation techniques that are yoga’s spiritual side.
It includes different techniques aimed at stretching the body (sana), controlling the breath (Prenayema), developing concentration (Dherane) and learning relaxation (Yoga Nidra). By insisting on the complimentary character of these four techniques and their constant application, Hatha yoga goes beyond simple physical discipline and instead reveals itself to be a lifestyle suited for all.

"Forrest Yoga" helps you connect to your core, getting strong and centered. It uses heat, deep breathing, and vigorous sequences to sweat out toxins while the long holds in the pose progressions help you flush, oxgenate and rejuvenate every cell. Our mission is to create in each of us a sense of freedom, a connection to our spirit and the courage to walk as our spirit dictates.
